5.0 out of 5 stars This is a very good book for practical BPM
Verified PurchaseThis is a very good book for practical BPM. If you new to BPM and would like to find the way how to walk and start up from the beginning to advance process, this is meet your requirement. By the way the material of how to build BPM CoE is not enough information, but I still give five start because it help me start BPM project and methodology is practical. My company use BPTrends methodology as startup project.
