Format: HardcoverVerified Purchase

5.0 out of 5 stars If this is the only motor speech book you can afford - buy it!!!
Format: HardcoverVerified PurchaseThis book is amazing! It has all the information there that you need to confidently assess, diagnose and manage motor speech disorders. It is well set out and allows you to return to specific areas to look things up very easily. The accompanying online learning trains your ear to identify the different types of motor speech disorders. I have learned so much from studying this text which is directly relevant in my work as a speech pathologist with adult acquired communication disorders. My only criticism would be the chapter on psychiatric conditons and motor speech disorders - it really didn't seem to understand the complexities of this area or describe it very well. Otherwise, highly recommended.
