An essential tool for understanding how to make effective economic decisions.
In today’s troubled economy, it’s important to show students how managerial decisions can affect business costs. Introduction to Management Accounting helps to enhance students’ ability to make effective economic decisions by encouraging them to understand the inner-workings of the concepts, rather than solely focusing on technique memorisation. Overall, this text describes both theory and common practices in a way that will help students produce information that’s useful in day-to-day decision-making.

5.0 out of 5 stars I am so glad I am reading introduction to management accounting
Verified PurchaseI am so glad I am reading introduction to management accounting. I lied a whole lot on my resume to get this controller position. On my send day, we had a meeting and they asked me a lot of questions. I had to pretend I ate a bad sandwich and went to the bathroom and hid there the rest of the day.
What was I going to do I thought to myself. Well, I ordered this book and have been reading 2 chapters a night and doing the homework. The next meeting didn't go as bad as the last. I lasted about 30 minutes before I had "gas" and had to excuse myself because Im pretty sure people could tell I didn't know what I was talking about.
Fast forward 2 months... I am being promoted to CFO. Thanks Charles T. Horngren

1.0 out of 5 stars Ladri

5.0 out of 5 stars I do not really love it but the customer service and shipping was great
Verified PurchaseOk, I do not really love it but the customer service and shipping was great. The book is actually dry to read but since it was mandatory, I did not have that much choice.
