This book has proved invaluable and has been a major contributor in helping me stay healthy while loosing more than 2 stones of useless weight. The health supplimentation field is a nightmare with hundreds of companies offering thousands of miricle pills and potions that suposedly do all manner of fantastic things to help you loose weight,gain muscle mass and strength quickly wioth no side effects.
Most of the claims are either rubbish or vastly exagerated.The Nutrition Almanac is an easy to use reference guide to whats what and why when it comes to healthy eating.
A must for all athletes or anyone who just wants to eat healthily.
