    Fantastic book with everything I need. Fast shipping and cheaper than anywhere else. The access code that you get from buying of the official website isn't included which means you cannot get access to the digital copy and all the other useful add ons. I assume the videos will also be on the official site. Is there an access code from when amazon bought these books? If so I would love one!
