This course is very difficult, so make sure you like really like chemistry if you want to do this course (unless it is a compulsory course for your degree)! I personally found it much more confusing than Chem 1100.

A difficult course but you can achieve a good grade if you put in the effort!

Lecturers and tutors performed well in teaching and answering students' questions. Only minor problem was during final exams consultation, there was only one tutor available and lots of students with questions. Would be better if more tutors are there or the alternative is to push revision forward and ask before final exams period.

Chemistry IB introduces students to a variety disciplines in 3D structures. It can be hard visualising the 3D but teachers don't expect high level of understanding just average. By understanding the chemistry behind it is very rewarding and can be taken to use in real life.

Fun but very intense!
