I found this course way too stressful. For the first 2/3rds of the course, you are constantly reading and writing, with an essay due every 2 weeks, and even being a high achieving student, I found this ridiculous, considering too that the essay topics weren't super easy to understand! I think this course has a lot of potential but could be structured better. However, I enjoyed working one on one with an academic to research and discuss an area of science.
