The course structure is similar to POLS2133. Dongwook Kim first explains three theoretical perspectives in IR in understanding international law, followed by basic principles of international law (actors, creation, ratification, compliance). He then explains several specialized areas of international law. Exam structure is also similar to POLS2133. 15 multiple choice questions, 2 short answer questions which we can choose to answer 2 out of 3 provided, and 1 compulsory essay question. +Tutorial attendance is neither compulsory nor graded.
