One of the worst subjects I have taken and I have taken a loooooot. The course is not well structured is very difficult to follow and the book does not make it any clearer. Not much support from the lecturer

One of the worst series of lectures.. too many pauses and very difficult to follow in some topics. Some comments were also confusing at best. For example, in lecture 5, where failed express trust was discussed, the lecturer's words were the in such a case, "the Court will step in and impose a trust, as though it had been valid." This statement was confusing at it seemed to imply that a failed express trust would be enforced by the courts, which obviously is not correct as that would not be a 'failed' express trust in that case! I think she meant something along the lines of 'in such a case, the interest will revert to the grantor a resulting trust will be created in favour of the grantor'. If you find any comments ambiguous or confusing, make sure you read the materials yourself and not rely solely on the lecturer's comments.

Huge topic, well taught, relevant assignment, exam a let down though

The subject is dry and the tutor somewhat disorganised. However, the content of the unit is clear. This being the case, one is able to achieve a high mark without relying too heavily upon the lecturers content and instruction.
