First professional practicum. Very engaging and delivered well

This is a great course because you get to spend 20 days in a school (most other uni's only spend 5 days in the first year of study). After the 20 days you really feel at home and you will gain so much confidence when it comes to your teaching. The course content is very interesting and beneficial for the placement. Make sure you submit your placement form early! I submitted mine as soon as I received the email and didn't get any of my 3 preferred schools (I study by distance in SEQ)... Best of luck!
