The content was dry at times but provides a good introduction to research methods which is relevant to health students. Guidance was provided to students and the seminars went over topics in detail and had time to answer questions.

I was really worried about this unit, I did struggle understanding abit of the content but got heaps of help from a tutor from the Deakin Dandenong Learning Centre. Due to the help from the tutor I got very high marks in the assignments and understood the content. Got an high distinction in the end. However if i didnt get the help, I beileve I would have struggled.

I actually really enjoyed this unit! It was nice to get a recap on research methods and other topics regarding research. I found the teaching staff to be very helpful especially with it being an online unit. I don't think it was too difficult but there was alot of information about research methods to grasp onto!

Absolutely HATED this subject! I found it very boring and the content was just slabs of information so it was hard to be interested. I do not like online subjects.

Good but I've always found research methods a but heavy. Assignment feedback wasn't easiest to understand.
