A very weird unit, on one hand you are required to reflect on yourself, on the other hand getting a good grade on putting your own reflections in assignments can be very tedious.

Nothing much interesting about the unit. While it does allow you to reflect on yourself and your career choices, the assignments are repetitive and draining

Honestly not an interesting subject at all. Positives: -Gives you an opportunity to create a LinkedIn profile which is reviewed for assessment. -Allows you to explore new employments opportunities through the occasional lecture they have. Negatives: -Seminars are boring: Often just sitting in a two hour class room watching youtube videos that could be watched at home. -Assignments whilst not difficult often feel like a chore due to the constant repetition. Right now in the middle of an exam period. I have to write an essay analysing recruitment trends in my particular industry of choice. In another assignment I had to analyse survey results and analyse how they reflected my personality and strengths and weaknesses. -In summary a very boring and time consuming unit. All the skills that can be learned in this unit can be easily learned in one's spare time.
