This topic was made interesting by lecturer Rob who is really knowledgeable and witty. Although the content can be a bit dry and hard to get your head around, it was actually quite a good topic as there is a lot of resources to help students. Make sure you take notes on the readings as participation is marked in class. The exam was not too bad, you have to write 5 small pieces and then an essay. In this topic textbooks are your friend as it is all about the ‘key thinkers.’ Good topic for those who know nothing about politics. No prior knowledge required
