Reviews
The course was beneficial in understanding how interactions work between people and how certain factors can influence a conversation, however the marking was deplorable. Each tutor had different standards and it was not consistent. Student averaging 7's were given 5's and such. Disappointing.

The course was poorly run and it was very disappointing. Although the information was important the way the assessment was run left many students angry considering different tutors have their students different requirements for assessment meaning students were being marked harder than others. Big disappointment hopefully can be run better in the future.

A lot of the content seems common sense, but that doesn't mean it's not important. Much of the content actually reappears in 2nd year Social Psychology. Get started on the assignment early, it's simple BUT involves a lot of interpretation.

easy but important

Great lectures and lecturer, interactive tutorials, interesting albeit a little confusing assessments though, simply for the fact that they're very different (one runs like a script and then you analyse another is a group assessment in which you act out parts of a conflict). Overall a good subject, just not one that I'm interested in.
