Very Interesting course, it was a lead on from business law which I very much enjoyed. I found company law to be a little more complicated as it relies more on legislation than cases. All assessment was fair and as described. I felt very well prepared by the teaching team. If you are lucky enough to have Craig Cameron as lecturer and tutor then you will love this course!
