Perfect for people who are interested and want to know the basics about mental health. The tutorials can be a downside though, it's just a summary/recap of the lecture, but sometimes the activities are fun. I think the only time it's really important to come in to tutorials is when you have a group assignment; it's a great opportunity to discuss with your groupmates if you don't want to meet with them outside class.

While aspects of the lecture content for this semester were interesting, the tutorials however were a complete waste of time. If it werent for the the 80% mandatory attendance, the tutorial classses would be empty.

This subject was a great followup to PSY1EFP. It went quite in depth about mental-illness and how it can be affected by biology, genetics, environment and personal behaviours.
