Previously known as E5A, this building is located on the east side of the campus, adjacent to 6 Eastern Road. It comprises of 4 levels, one of which is underground and contains science labs. Level 4 is restricted access. This building connects to 12 Wally's Walk, 9 Wally's Walk, and 10 Sir Christopher Ondaatje Avenue via four separate doors and walkways. The Department of Chiropractic, Environmental Sciences and Earth and Planetary Sciences reside here, alongside the Faculty of Science and Engineering, which connects with 12 Wally's Walk and 14 Sir Christopher Ondaatje Avenue.
