This subject covers all the basic concepts of management accounting and is super easy to follow. Staying on top of weekly homework and content material would assure yourself an HD.

Regularly doing homework and practicing question, it's a subject that is very manageable to achieve a distinction or HD

it was a hard unit but if you stay on top of everything, it just flows with you. the exam wasn't too difficult and both the lecturer and tutor are extremely helpful in facilitating your needs

An easy and fun unit to study even if accounting is not your preference. Taught reasonably well by Sophia.

It's management accounting so you learn a lot about costing, tactical decision. Mostly calculation but there are some theories too. Oh, there is no journal entry in the course so no need to worry about Dr and Cr. Quite easy if you do a lot of practice questions & past papers.

This is a comprehensive subject and requires you to keep on top of your weekly readings and tutorial preparation. Once you are able to see the connection between the concepts, everything will fit together. I initially found this subject a little bit challenging as I struggle with mathematics. However, with a little effort and practice (albeit failing the mid-sem quiz) I was able to ace the finals. Perseverance and consistency is key in surviving this subject. Note: I have noticed that people who do not enjoy financial accounting will find that they may enjoy this subject a lot better.

Easiest subject in accounting compared to financial accounting. Most comprehensive subject. Easy distinction if you do every homework.

If accounting isn't your strongest suit, I recommend trying to find a tutorial where the unit convenor is your tutor (Sophia Su). The content isn't difficult as long as you keep up with the homework every week.

The lecturer in charge was also my tutor, and she was probably the best tutor I've ever had. Everything was very organised and easy to follow schedules. Extra PAL classes were also really helpful for topics that were quite difficult.

Management Accounting is not really my cup of tea, anw this subject was so comprehensive ;)
