Love this unit! Would enjoy it more if Mohamed was not my tutor :)) Stay far away from this guy if you want to earn a high mark and be headache-free during this unit

As an accounting student, this unit has been the most enjoyable subject I've done. Matt did an amazing job as both a tutor and lecturer with engaging us on the content and the tutorial group presentations were really fun and interesting to get involved in. It is more IT focused than accounting focused but still has very useful information. If you're looking for a 3000 level elective, highly recommend.

Fantastic unit! The lecturer is great and the weekly topics are very interesting. It showcases various applications of IT and information systems but from a business perspective, not a technical one. The tutorials are also great because they facilitate skills in presentations and working in teams, things that are very useful. The actual topics that you have to present on are also very interesting and each group has their own topic, making the class engaging for all students, instead of giving every group the same topic, which would be extremely boring. Overall, it is a great unit and I would recommend it to anyone that has completed any of the prerequisites.

Easy unit to pass, with weekly presentations, an essay and a final exam. I attended Mohamed's tutorial which was a huge mistake as he was a harsh marker and quite arrogant. Attending any other tutorial should provide you an smooth time in this unit. The final was also quite easy.

Very interesting Unit, very engaging as everyone has to get involved into impromptu presentations from Wk 2-12. This is how units should be taught, face to face interaction and communication amongst the tutor and students. Unlike other accounting units where all you do is statements, balances and no-one is willing to talk/help in class
