This is an introduction to corporate finance unit. Farida, is not a good and smart lecturer, she always make mistakes almost every week, either in the lecture content, or in the tutorial answers. The lecture content was too heavy for 2 hours weekly lecture. There were too many contents to cover in a lecture, and sometimes Farida could not finish it. Luckily, I got David as my tutor, for me it is a good thing. He is very nice and clever tutor. He always started with explaining some basic concepts, followed by theory questions, practical questions, and Excel. There were too many tutorial questions, and we often could not finish them, but David picked some important questions for us to do in class, while some of them were for self-study. The assignment workload was light. My suggestion is if you take this unit, do not follow Farida in the lecture content and tutorial questions, instead follow your tutor, hopefully you can get David. For me, David is better than Farida, even my high school teacher is also much smarter than her. This also applies to any questions you might have, the tutor can answer better than Farida. Farida need to be evaluated!
