I loved the content of this unit. It was so different and exciting to get the opportunity to study real ancient magical rituals and come up with my own interpretations of them! There was so much help with the assessments and the teaching team was fantastic, really supportive and made everyone feel so appreciated. The fact that we got to think creatively about the material from such a broad range of approaches, including the psychological, really made it exciting.

What ever you do, don't do this class. It's nothing like what you expect. Should be called study of papyrology. Teachers seem nice at first but then shred you to pieces on your assignments. The harshest markers I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Will take any opportunity to charge you with plagiarism and ruin your university experience. Wish I talked to someone who had done this class before enrolling. Teachers don't understand why your confused about things either and just say "you'll do fine".
