I did not really enjoy this subject (thanks core units for making my studies more difficult). The structure of the unit was unclear , confusing and lack of help from the unit convenor and tutors made the unit 10 times harder. Here are some tips on how to pass this unit... 1- use the lecture questions as revision for the final exam ( questions are most likely to be used in the final exam) 2- attempt all the past papers (again, questions are reused in the final exam) 3- make a study group- Facebook group, WhatsApp, etc... 4- study for the weekly quizzes. The weekly quizzes are hard. 5- understand the calculations don't just memorise it Goodluck!

Good Subject, but content heavy. Reasonably simple to do well in.. just stay up to date with each system and don't try cram this subject.

There is a huge amount of content to remember, but each detail is really interesting - totally worth it if you're willing to do the grunt work. Makes sense of a lot of big body systems interacting. Julia is a great lecturer.

A lot of content, but interesting stuff! The practicals aren't boring, and very interactive such as the electrocardiogram. The final exam weighs 60%, and was pretty hard to cover all the content, but it's doable! Enjoy!
