I wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone unless you're already very familiar with the content. Both lecturers have very strong accents and do little more than read off slides, explaining concepts with other concepts - it felt a bit like being told a word in a foreign language means the same as a word in another foreign language, but not ever being told what they mean in English. In week 1 they tell you the unit uses Python, but it's okay if you're not familiar with it - here are some basic concepts and data structures. But then they seem to expect you to magically understand more advanced algorithms and functions as the level of complexity in the code ramps up very quickly and you need to know how to write code to do the assignments. I had to teach myself basically everything to pass this unit.
