This unit is a lot more systematic and straightforward then other law subjects I did in the semester. Each week we needed to answer a set of problem questions and then discuss our answers in class. This was a difficult unit, particularly in terms of getting your head around all the content and understanding how to write a perfect hypothetical. Keep on top of readings, make notes and review consistently. Contracts may be dry for some students but I found it a great unit from the perspective that the knowledge you gain can be directly practical and useful when managing contracts in everyday life.
