Reviews

First half is Consumer Law and is delivered by an off-campus lecturer who is engaging. The second half of the unit is Competition Law and is delivered by the Convenor. The Convenor frequently makes mistakes in delivery of content or online quizzes and is mostly unwilling to directly address them. Content is also set out in 'topics' rather than 'weeks', which takes some getting used to. Take this unit if you've got thick enough skin to take some losses in your marks that might not be occur with other more 'open' convenors.
