Reviews

1104 was better, just because it covers more interesting topics. When I did this unit stats was a component for this (from what I can see it isn't anymore), and it was probably the most difficult part of it. Don't even bother taking notes for Org psych, just remember it since there's almost zero point to copying each individual case they give verbatim.

They tried to cover too much in a short amount of time. Marking was very harsh, particularly for the research report. It's good that they have made statistics into its own unit now as doing PSYU1105 was like doing 2 units (psychology & statistics).

Really interesting content, the convenor and tutors were incredibly helpful and responsive during the online semester. I was initially apprehensive about Stats from what I'd heard, but the lecturer was amazing and made the material clear. A great unit for those seeking to pursue more psychology, although it may be a lot of work for those doing it as an elective.
