I did not like this subject.... I think if you are doing this subject as an online student maybe try to do another subject...there is a group presentation, however as online students you do the presentation as an individual...although this is great because you don't have to rely on other people, you end up doing TRIPLE the amount of work. With the presentation there is also a 1500 word analysis on one component of the presentation. If this is being done in a group, this second part of the assignment makes sense because the tutor can assess individual contribution to the whole group presentation...but as an online student doing the presentation and the analysis is too much work. On top of this you also have a seperate 1500 research essay due as well. I also thought this subject was quite left leaning politically..which tbh I like subjects to try and be neutral and not push one particular ideology over another Lectures were 2 hours long as well I don't know...it was okay but I think if you are intending to take this subject as an online student then stay on top of the work, but be prepared for it to feel like the amount of work you have to do in comparison with the on campus students is so much more
