Absolutely the worst unit I've ever taken. The lecturer doesn't cover the topics at all, they don't stick to the slides or even the lecture topic. The tutes are even worse. From the second you sit down the tutors start coding at a ridiculous pace. You leave the tute with a code that works but no clue how it works or when you'd use it. There are also 2 quizzes a week, based on that week's topic. Except the topic isn't covered by the lecturer or the tutors, so you have to spend hours trawling through the slides the lecturer didn't bother to follow to find the answers. And on top of all that, you have 12 hours between the lecture finishing and the quizzes closing. Got work that day? Too bad. Got classes? Too bad. Couldn't understand your tutor? Too bad, the quiz is due before the tutorial ends. Everything needs changing, from the teaching staff to the course structure. This unit is not concerned with teaching you about how to design mobile apps (despite the name), it's technical training for people who have already played around with Android Studio. Don't waste your time
