Legislation heavy and extremely intricate. The assignment questions were super vague and the word count made it very difficult. It is not conceptually difficult but it is so broad that it can be overwhelming if you don't have a good structure. Definitely seek extra help outside of classes as the seminars had very little structure and the slides were unhelpful. The content itself is interesting but be prepared to put in a lot of hours as the seminars were often confusing.

If there was one word to sum up the unit - that word would be BROAD. The unit is legislation heavy but I found the concepts to be easy to understand as long as you put in the hours early. With enough practice problems, you should be able to score well - as long as the assignment doesn't bamboozle anyone (Sem 1 2018 struggles).

I found this suuuper boring - it's very legislation heavy, which makes reading it a bore. It is, however, very useful and the assignment, tutorials and exams are interesting to do, and useful in the real world.

Broad. Not hard. Not complex. Not deep. But broad. That is by far the hardest thing about Corps - there are so many topics and none of them go into any detail, so it just seems like you're missing something and this evolves into a never-ending spiral of doubt. Fortunately, Corps really is just broad and not hard - so once you manage to internalise this it's a fun but very boring and very broad unit with a lot of readings. Historically though, the unit is quite interesting.
