So, this subject seems to get quite a bad rap because it has an unusually high fail rate - but it really isn't that bad. There are a lot of concepts but most of them are pretty intuitive and logically make sense. There's also quite a bit of overlap, such as with easements and adverse possession - and the requirements of a lease may initially seem to make no sense at all. BUT don't worry - if you stick with it it'll all come together nicely in the end and trust me, that's an effort worth making because a lot of Property A becomes assumed knowledge for Property B - which actually has the highest fail rate and is not something you want to make any harder on yourself.
