The subject is similar to Public Law and can be relatively dry as there is little real life application. However it comes together at the end and I feel that you can easily learn how to issue spot.

Found this subject kind of a non-subject. Studied it in fourth year, but felt it was so similar to Public Law and Constitutional law that I don't know if it was worth being a unit on its own? I found little real life application... I found it very dry at the beginning, but once you reach grounds of review it significantly improves. Compared to other units, it was relatively easy if you stayed on top of readings.
