BUS176 is a great unit. Getting to know all those theories, but also applying them through manifold cases is really important. This unit provides students many skills such as teamwork ( group assignment- 40% of unit mark+ peer reviews), critical thinking skills and eventually analytical skills. BUS176 ( with the support of its tutors) prepare you to identify and face any challenges in the workplace, but also indirectly helps you develop new ideas, thus contribute to one's personal growth. Having been one of the best unit proposed by Murdoch University, I'll give 5/5.
