A great course with strong industry connections. It is the most challenging HR course at UoN but really worthwhile. The lecture Ros may seem intimidating in the first place but is actually very nice, professional, and helpful.

Make sure you choose your groups wisely as this course is mostly group work. Roz the lecturer is not very nice and dont you dare ask her any questions because if you do she will give you the worlds rudest answer and make you feel very dumb!
