Interesting lecturers but tutorials are groups focused as the final assignment is worth over 50% which can be challenging if the group does not work well.

An interesting start to sociology but the course requires alot of group work which can be difficult if the group has a poor dynamic. Course coordinator is a previous high school teacher who treats the students like children in tutorials which is very demoralizing.

A great course with lectures worth attending. However the subject was a little too group-assignment heavy which myself and others felt brought our marks done. However still an interesting course which allows some independent research, a nice change!

Interesting subject. It allows for you to facilitate your own focus groups and discussions on a subject on your choosing which becomes handy later in your degree.
