These are my notes for the statutory interpretation component of pub law. It is a big map of how to go through a statutory interpretation problem and the elements you need to cover. I have authority for each point and this is colour coded. I have also included case notes and exam tips that were given in the lectures. These notes are a really good guide to how to go about a problem and combine all the relevant knowledge from FoL and all the public law info you're given through the semester into one.
