Contract B Exam Workable Notes

Description

These are my notes for Contract B. They're divided into sections with maps of how to approach the different contracts problems and the elements needed to cover in each problem. I have authority for each point and this is colour coded. I have also included case notes within the relevant topics and exam tips that were given in the lectures. There is also some conceptual points about the subject generally and notes on relevant policy issues (big case note on penalties for late fees inc). I have put the problem maps all in to one document but I had these separate in the exam. The preview I've uploaded is a map for a termination problem.
