Prop A Exam Workable Notes

Description

These are my notes for prop A. They're divided into sections with maps of how to approach the different problems and the elements needed to cover in each problem. I have authority for each point and this is colour coded. I have also included case notes within the relevant topics and exam tips that were given in the lectures. There is also some conceptual points about the subject generally and notes on relevant policy issues. The preview I've uploaded is how to do an adverse possession problem
