Description

The way this subject is taught is very random and lacks structure. It brings in concepts from here and there, and you'd think UNSW would want to fix it up. So I present to you structured notes, with all legislation and case notes included. If you want to know the facts of a case, they're in the footnotes! I just wanted to keep my notes as clean as possible so that background facts were kind of put to the side. The first 18 pages is primarily background stuff and I doubt it'll be assessable, so you probably won't need them :)
