**THE SAMPLE CONTAINS EXAMPLES FROM THE ENTIRETY OF THE NOTES SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT THEY'RE SET OUT LIKE AND IF THEY WILL WORK FOR YOU :)** These notes are made from a combination of all the readings, the week-by-week guides and the notes provided on the Cloud. They are comprehensive and include everything you need. Having these will save you seriously so much time as each week is about 100 pages or so of reading. I have a **functional** contents page which is formatted correctly. If you change any text size or font, just right click on the table of contents and click update. It will adjust the page numbers and headings to your new settings. I usually make myself question guides for the exam so that I can write answers quickly with minimal reading but this subject is so content heavy, with questions that can be asked on such a wide range of things so I haven't done that for this subject. However, the contents page allows you to see where you need to go for the information relevant to each question so that is a time-saver. I have also included some more information in places where the books and the notes online lack such as the explanation of standard basis and indemnity basis of cost assessment. NOTE: These notes exclude Topic 1 - Introduction as it is mainly explanatory (eg. jurisdictions of the courts) and is not examinable.
