(HD) Commercial Land Law Notes (including summarised version)

Description

These notes are highly detailed and well-summarised. The first part of the notes, from pages 1-34, is a summarised version of the notes which appear after it (from pages 35-123). I relied wholly on this summarised version during my open book exam, and obtained a HD for the course. The notes are suitable for both LAWS3417 and LAWS5117, which are taught together. Cases which were indicated as highly important by the lecturer are underlined in the summarised version, and bolded, underlined and highlighted in the uncondensed version.
