Public International Law - 88HD Scaffolds + Notes
Subject notes for USYD LAWS1023
Description
High quality, content dense and common sense PIL notes. Used these in both the mid-sem exam and final exam. I like to use a straight forward, short sentence style of writing in notes that explains difficult concepts in a quickly and easily understood manner. My notes are generally structured in a scaffold format with content organised under key questions in each section that follow a logical order for answering problem questions. The 'meta-scaffold' on the front page sample shows this style. Note: the sample is not entirely the first few pages of the notes, just the meta-scaffold and a random selected section of reservations to treaties. Enjoy!
