I collected and edited the answers and notes for tutorial questions. For corp law, if you don't know how to use the rules while using the most suitable format to structure your answer, it can really be hard to get a good grade. I found some of the questions in final exams are similar with what we have done in the tutorials. I printed this document out and used it as a model to help me answer the questions. I strongly advise you to review tutorial questions carefully. A lengthy course summary note may be useless under exam situation. Good luck.
