This subject sucks but these notes don't...

Introduction to Law is probably one of the most a*s subjects I have had the displeasure of having to complete throughout my 3 years at UTS. Especially with regards to Class Participation (20%) the teacher is really strict with marks, probably next to no one in the entire course was given a 16-20 out of 20 even though you're given minimal opportunity to participate in the dreadful 3 hour seminars (3 hours and not much opportunity to participate you think I'm lying right? Well you'll see. 2hrs 45min lectures with 10-15 mins where you 'earn' your participation marks with the tut questions and 25+ odd other people wanting to participate... is pretty much the gist of how the class will go not to mention the teacher comes late and has to let you out 10 mins before the 3 hours is up which can cut your participation time down to as much as 5 mins. Yep.) Even those who I know to have participated so so much didn't get close to a 19 or 20 (for participation... wtf right... absolute bs) The reason I am mentioning this is because these notes - take them in class Ctrl + F that bi*ch and get your well deserved bs participation marks. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but on the plus side these notes are pretty swell!!
