The topics include: - Agency and Business Structures - Simple Contracts - Contract Law - Consumer Law - Negligence and Vicarious Liability I made these notes for the final exam. It contains definitions and other important information to help with answering short response questions. It also contains all the laws and relevant cases used to answer the memo questions.
