A concise summary of the entire course with comprehensive flowcharts. These notes contain all of the sections you'll need for the exam with commentary (relevant cases, how and why they are relevant etc.). The flowcharts will help you map out your responses to each question, understand which provisions need to be applied and navigate the (often-confusing!) Evidence Act. I hope these notes will help you! I received an overall mark of 78 in CPEP, I relied on these notes and flowcharts in my own exam and found them to be tremendously useful in a time-pressured context.
