Australian Commercial Law Notes - HD (85)
Subject notes for Monash LAW4198
Description
A comprehensive set of notes for the ACL exam. These long-form notes assisted me to achieve a score of 85 in ACL! I have made the notes logical and well-structured, cover all 12 weeks of lecture. and included information relevant to answering exam questions, so it will be easy to navigate in stressful exam conditions. What is included: Summaries for all essential topics over the semester: o Agency o Partnerships o Sale of Goods (Domestic) o Sale of Goods (International) o Negotiable Instruments (Bills of Exchange) o Guarantees Each topic contains highlighted 'WRITE' sections that contain brief introductions you can use in your exam answer to introduce or explain a topic. This makes sure you don't leave out any relevant information under exam conditions. 2. Case Summaries: Clear case summaries included (Facts, Issue and Held) for ALL cases on the 2020 Sem 1 reading guide. These are all coloured in different colours, which helps with remembering principles and finding cases amongst notes in stressful exam conditions. 3. Extracts of legislation: integrated into each topic (no need to carry a separate set of legislation, or scramble to find a particular subsection that relates to a topic). The legislation is also coloured so easy to remember and pick out during stressful exam scenarios. However please make sure you update according to changes in reading guide. 6. Question Structures: Step by step question structures in the more complex topics, with summaries at the end of most topics. These provide checklists to make sure all relevant points are covered during answering an question in an exam. Note: Some topics have ‘not examinable’ written next to them – however the reading guide may have changed between semesters so always make sure to double check what is examined and what is not.
