Hi there, This is the notes I used for my Exam. They really helped me out. Our exam was based on Essay questions and also some Statutory Interpretation. There is exam preparation notes and structure here. Also there is over 15 suggested answers from past Exams! The answers cover, Terra Nulius, Republic, Statutory Interpretation, Rights, International Relations, etc. Don't forget to fix any errors, update cases and law. Good luck Ps. I did this unit when it was called Introduction to Public Law. Apparently they are the same, please CHECK to make sure it is same as Constitutional Law.
