These notes comprehensively and concisely cover content from all lectures in the 12 week course. I have included everything you need to know and nothing you don't. Time has been taken to focus on particularly difficult topics. Notes are brightly colour coded to help with clarity and memory. I have also included summaries of readings where I have emphasised the main points that are important for successfully answering tutorial and exam questions. I used these notes in semester 1 of 2021 to achieve an 88% in the Food for a Healthy Planet III subject.
