LAWS3484 Secured Transactions in Commercial Law - Final Exam Scaffold
Subject notes for USYD LAWS3484
Description
This is a scaffold/note that I used for my final exam taught by Professor Sheelagh McCracken. As it can be seen from the attached sample of the notes, my notes are very exam-friendly with the following features: - [In yellow] relevant sections of PPSA 2012 (Cth) - [In red] case law - [In green] relevant examples from lecture - [In blue] any additional examples from Duggan & Brown textbook. Because this is a relatively new subject, I had to make this note with reference to all available of original sources, which include the Act itself, the textbook, actual readings of the case on top of the lecture material. If you have an understanding of the subject, you will be able to see how much work has gone into producing these notes, even from the viewing of the sample. As a side note, I have very much enjoyed this subject, due to engaging course content and excellent teaching, and I hope you also do, and hopefully better with the aid of these notes. Best of luck.
