Description

I completed the unit in S1 2021 and relied heavily on this script for the exam. Each topic is scripted by the Act which applies (SDA or DDA) and the form of discrimination (indirect or direct) so all you need to do is select which one is relevant to your question and apply it. This also means you do not need to frantically scroll during an exam as each topic and its elements is repeated for every avenue of discrimination. Topic 1 - Types of discrimination recognised by Australian law Topic 2 - The Legal Basis of Anti-Discrimination Law Topic 3 - The Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) [including sexual harassment] Topic 4 - The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) Alternative arguments, key case principles and 'proportionality/base group' skeletons for reasonable adjustments are also comprehensively considered and scripted.
